Dr. Hetal Shah is a PhD Pharmacologist by qualification, and an independent Medical Writing Consultant and Trainer with over 17 years of industry experience in medical writing and clinical research.

A gold medallist for her manifold academic achievements, she has > 60 scientific publications & presentations to her credit including book chapters, research and review articles, case reports, abstracts and posters in national and international journals and congresses.

Dr. Shah has a rare combination of first-hand experience in handling varied clinical studies, both, at investigative sites as well as CROs; and first-hand experience in drafting, reviewing and finalizing scientific documents across three major portfolios: regulatory, publication and educational. She has in-depth knowledge of GCP and its implementation, clinical trial operations, trial monitoring as well as overall clinical project management.

As MeWriT’s Principal Consultant with high standards for quality and work ethics, she flawlessly leads the development of submission-ready regulatory documentation & publications for global pharmaceutical & research organizations.

DR. AMIT SHAH: Chief Medical Expert

Dr. Amit Shah is a medically qualified Surgeon, specializing in GI surgeries with over 15 years of clinical practice. He has earned his Master in Hepato-Billiary & Pancreatic Surgery from the renowned Henry Bismuth Institute of France. He is also an active Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburg, UK).

In his role at MeWriT, he serves as the Medical and Surgical Expert for various medical queries, clinical discussions and therapeutic area support to MeWriT’s consultants involved in the clinical research documentation and publication writing. He also actively collaborates with sponsor teams for clinical trial discussions, and doctor-authors for publication planning. He also offers independent healthcare consulting support tailor-made to our clients’/patients needs.
